Browne successfully completes another CVS development, Westwood, MA

Mark Browne was hired by Petruzziello Properties to negotiate on their behalf to relocate and negotiate a 20 year lease with CVS Pharmacy.

A three year long process was recently completed in the Islington market of Westwood MA between the town of Westwood, Petruzziello Properties and CVS Pharmacy.

Petruzziello Properties as been approved to build 25,000 square feet of retail space which will have 18 residential apartments above and a freestanding 9,000 square foot CVS.
